Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with VoiceAI. This policy explains your options for cancellation and refunds. We keep things fair and transparent — no hidden clauses.

Free Trial

Every new client gets a 7-day free trial. Your AI number goes live, you can receive real calls, and no charge is applied during this period. If you decide VoiceAI isn't right for you within the 7 days, simply let us know and you will not be billed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Messaging us on WhatsApp
  • Emailing hello@voiceai.in
  • Contacting your account manager

Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Eligible for Refund

  • Service was not set up within the agreed timeline due to our fault
  • Significant service outage (>48 hours) occurred during the billing period
  • You cancel within 7 days of first payment and the service was not used
  • Technical failure resulted in appointments not being recorded

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after the 7-day trial period
  • Partial month usage after cancellation mid-month
  • Downtime caused by third-party services (Exotel, telecom providers)
  • Unused call credits within the monthly plan

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of the billing date with your account email and reason. We will review and process eligible refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Plan Downgrades

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The change takes effect from the next billing cycle. There is no refund for the difference in the current month.
