These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoiceAI, a service provided by Nadrel Technologies. By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

  • VoiceAI provides AI-powered voice receptionist services for businesses. The Service answers phone calls, collects caller information, and books appointments on your behalf.
  • We provide a dedicated phone number, AI conversation handling, a WhatsApp confirmation system, and a client dashboard for each subscribed business.
  • The AI is designed to handle appointment booking and common business enquiries. It is not a substitute for human judgement in complex or sensitive situations.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

3. Subscription and Billing

  • VoiceAI is offered on monthly subscription plans. Pricing is listed on our website and communicated at signup.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Calls beyond your plan's monthly limit may incur additional per-call charges, which will be communicated in advance.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods communicated at signup.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes.
  • You must not use VoiceAI to deceive callers, collect information fraudulently, or impersonate another business.
  • You are responsible for complying with TRAI regulations and applicable Indian telecom laws regarding automated calls.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

  • As a business client, you are the data controller for your customers' personal information collected via VoiceAI.
  • You must have a lawful basis to collect customer data and inform callers that their call may be recorded.
  • We act as a data processor on your behalf. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We will not use your customers' data for any purpose other than operating the Service.

6. Service Availability

  • We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Planned maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Exotel, Sarvam AI, etc.) or internet infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • VoiceAI is not liable for missed appointments, lost business, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in that month.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by callers.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
